Carol A. Adinolfi

Carol A. Adinolfi, 84, formerly of Spotswood, passed away on Wednesday, February 1, 2023 at Saint Peter's University Medical Center in New Brunswick.

Born and raised in the Bronx, New York, Carol lived in East Brunswick and Spotswood for many years before settling in Monroe Township in 2022. She was an administrative assistant for several area companies, retiring in 2005. After retirement, she became a caregiver for Julian Seneck, who she loved dearly, from 2007 until 2017. She enjoyed music, traveling and spending time with her family and grandchildren.

Predeceased by her son Robert in 2022 and her sister Eileen Tracy, Carol is survived by her children Debra Adinolfi, Diane Adinolfi-Watson and her husband Thomas, John Adinolfi and his wife Kathleen and Thomas Adinolfi and his wife Colleen; a brother William Vasata and his wife Barbara; eleven grandchildren, and; six great-grandchildren.

Cremation is private. The family will receive friends at a Memorial Service on Saturday, February 11th, from 2:00 until 4:00 PM at Spotswood Funeral Home, 475 Main Street, Spotswood.

In lieu of flowers, donations honoring the memory of Carol's beloved son Robert may be made to the Lustgarten Foundation for Pancreatic Cancer Research.
