He is survived by his daughters, Kayla and Elissa Hawk; his devoted mother Kathleen Oricchio and her partner Michael Giacobbe; his loving sister Tara Hawk; an Aunt, Eileen Mattus, an Uncle, Michael Ayres and his wife Elaine; his grandmother Joan McIntyre, and; several cousins.

Harry's family would like to extend their heartfelt gratitude to Dr. Kontopidis, Dr. Ferreira and Dr. Khalil, and also the 6 North staff at Robert Wood Johnson Hospital who tirelessly dedicated their time and effort during the last month of Harry's life to reverse the damage to Harry's organs in hopes that he might enjoy a long and happy life.
